2 TBSP of Organic Chia Seeds (available at SAM's or Better Body Foods) 120 cal
1 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter 210 cal
1 1/2 cups of Organic Fat Free Milk - 80 cal
TOTAL CAL (both servings): 550 (other nutritional values below)
Directions:
Put one frozen smoothie pouch in the blender and add chia seeds with milk. Blend until smooth.
Once smooth add in peanut butter and blend until it's completely mixed. Then serve!
