Smoothies are delicious and great fro breakfast, a healthy snack or as a meal. Drinking a fresh smoothie during summer can be a nice cool off during summertime and helps include all the healthy food that is missing in your diet. The other thing smoothies are great for? Weight loss! Low calories, great ingredients and wonderful taste!
Blenders are perfectly fine for making smoothies, but for my birthday I got the full NutriBullet kit; so if you're looking for something smaller and easy to clean that also makes a smooth blend (like for smoothies and protein drinks) I highly recommend getting one! Currently at Costco -I think they're on sale actually- they cost around $75 VS around $90 at other stores.
